Challenge:
SMEs were building training content in iSpring but were not adhering to eLearning best practices. Learning objectives often used vague verbs (“understand,” “know”) that could not be measured, assessments did not align to objectives, and SCORM courses lacked consistency in UX, accessibility, and testing. This inconsistency made it difficult to validate learning outcomes or measure success on the job.
