This Instructor-Led Training was designed for young adults aged 18-24 who have faced challenging early life experiences or have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these participants have limited prior knowledge and work experience. They are actively engaged in a comprehensive program focused on preparing them for successful careers in the trades while also promoting a balanced life that includes financial literacy, emotional intelligence, and career success.

The one-hour course, which covers the topic of compound interest, includes a well-structured slide deck complemented by facilitator notes.
